New Delhi, March 27, 2024: The All India Sainik schools Admission Counselling (AISSAC) has initiated the registration and choice-filling process for Sainik school admissions for the academic year 2024. Qualified students from the AISSEE 2024 for Classes 6 and 9 can now submit their choices through the official website, pesa.ncog.gov.in/sainikschoolecounselling/.
It’s important to note that the admission granted through AISSAC 2024 is provisional, subject to the completion of medical-cum-physical verification of the students at the respective schools. Parents are advised to apply for the transfer certificate (TC) from the current school only after the verification of documents and confirmation of admission.
AISSEE 2024 counselling schedule
Here are the key details regarding the AISSEE counseling for Sainik school admission 2024:
- Registration and Choice Filling: Started on March 15
- Last Date for Registration: March 31, until 11:55 pm
- Seat Allocation: April 6 at 10 am
- Deadline for Accepting Allotted School: April 10 by 10 am
- Verification of Documents and Medical Test: April 15, starting from 8 am
- Last Date for Document and Fee Submission: April 27
During the admission process, students are required to present original documents along with one set of self-attested hard copies of various certificates and reports, including medical fitness, study certificate, certificate of service (for defense category), income certificate, AISSEE admit card, and scorecard, photo identity proof, domicile or residence certificate, and date of birth certificate, among others.
