NMC Removes 4 Doctors From Medical Register In UAPA CaseNewsIMTS

Four doctors linked to the Delhi Red Fort blast have been removed from the Indian Medical Register by the National Medical Commission on 14/11/2025. Muzaffar Ahmad, Adeel Ahmad Rather, Muzamil Shakeel, and Shaheen Saeed, all associated with Faridabad's Al-Falah University, had their registrations cancelled with immediate effect. The NMC cited FIRs filed against them under UAPA, Explosive Substance Act, and Arms Act as grounds for removal. The doctors, from Jammu and Kashmir or Uttar Pradesh, are being investigated for their alleged involvement in the November 10 blast that killed 13 people. Adeel Ahmad Rather was arrested from Saharanpur, while Shaheen Saeed reportedly had professional links with another arrested suspect, Muzammil Ahmad Ganaie. The commission's decision follows directives from the J&K and UP Medical Councils, and the doctors can no longer practice medicine or hold medical appointments. NMC Removes Four Doctors From Medical Register

The National Medical Commission (NMC) has permanently removed four doctors from the Indian Medical Register following their alleged involvement in the Delhi Red Fort blast. Muzaffar Ahmad, Adeel Ahmad Rather, Muzamil Shakeel, and Shaheen Saeed, all associated with Al-Falah University in Faridabad, had their medical registrations cancelled on November 14, 2025. The NMC took this action after FIRs were filed against them under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA), Explosive Substance Act, and Arms Act. This removal means these doctors can no longer practice medicine or hold medical positions anywhere in India.
