Noida, September 11, 2026: Former IMTS Institute employee Akash Mishra has been named in a police complaint concerning the alleged non-return of company-owned electronic equipment after his resignation.
According to information provided by IMTS Institute, Mishra, who worked as a Senior Education Counsellor in the Admission Department, had been issued company equipment for official duties, including a Dell laptop and Redmi mobile phone.
The institute alleges that the equipment remained with Mishra after his resignation despite instructions from the HR department to return all company assets. IMTS subsequently approached the police seeking recovery of the property and an investigation into the matter.
The institute has stated that asset registers, allotment records and equipment identification details have been submitted in support of its complaint.
The allegations have not been independently established, and the filing of a police complaint does not constitute proof of criminal guilt.
