TNTET 2025 Result: Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board (TRB) has now declared the exam result for Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test (TNTET) 2025 on their official website. Aspirants who have appeared for the TET are now able to check their result through the portal.
TETNT was held on November 15 and 16, 2025 with Paper I and Paper 2. Paper I is for those who are aiming to teach Classes 1 to 5 and Paper II for those aspirants who want to teach Classes 6 to 8.

How to Check the TNTET 2025 Result ?
To download the Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test (TNTET) 2025 Result, candidates are advised to follow these instructions.
Step.1 Visit to the official TRB portal trb.tn.gov.in
Step.2 Find the link of TNTET 2025 result on the homepage.
Step.3 Click on the link and enter your registration details such as registration number, DOB or other details.
Step.4 Submit the details and view your score.
Step.5 Now download the regular or take a printout for further use.
Qualifying Marks and Cut-Off
To pass the TNTET and become eligible for teaching jobs, candidates need to meet the minimum qualifying marks set by the recruitment board.
- General category: 60% marks (90 out of 150).
- Reserved categories (like BC, MBC, DNC, PwD): 55% marks expected.
- SC/ST candidates: 40% marks expected.
TRB has also released category-wise cut-off marks along with the TNTET results to help candidates understand their performance and qualification status.
Eligibility Certificate
It is important to qualify the TN TET exam for teacher jobs in government and government- aided schools of Tamil Nadu.
