Branch-wise eligibility summary:
- Flying Branch (AFCAT and NCC Special Entry): Age 20 to 24 years as on January 1, 2027; graduation in any discipline
- Ground Duty Technical Branch: Engineering graduates in relevant fields such as Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical
- Ground Duty Non-Technical Branch: Graduates in any discipline meeting prescribed criteria
AFCAT Written Exam Pattern:
- Total questions: 100
- Total marks: 300
- Sections: General Awareness, Verbal Ability in English, Numerical Ability, Reasoning and Military Aptitude
- Duration: 2 hours
- Marking: +3 for correct answer, -1 for wrong answer
