While CHSL targets Class 12 pass candidates, the SSC CGL 2026 notification has already been released for 12,256 vacancies and the last date to apply is June 22, 2026. SSC CGL is open to graduates between 18 and 32 years and offers prestigious posts like Income Tax Inspector, CBI Sub-Inspector, Auditor, Accountant, Tax Assistant, and Upper Division Clerk.
This year, SSC CGL 2026 brings important new changes:
- Sectional timing introduced for the first time in Tier 1: 15 minutes per section (Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, English)
- A brand new Paper III added in Tier 2 for Assistant Audit Officer and Assistant Accounts Officer posts covering Finance and Economics
