Qualifying Marks and What Comes Next
As per the official notification, the qualifying marks for AIIMS Paramedical Result 2026 are set at 50% for General/EWS, 45% for OBC, and 40% for SC/ST candidates out of the total marks. Meeting the qualifying cut-off does not guarantee a seat, as final admission depends on rank, category, seat availability, and the preferences filled during counselling.
Around 725 seats are available across 12 AIIMS campuses for various BSc Paramedical courses. Once results are out, qualified candidates will need to register for online counselling, fill in their institute and course preferences, and participate in the seat allotment process. The counselling schedule is expected to be announced separately once the result is officially declared.
