The Medical Counselling Committee officially opened NEET MDS 2026 Round 1 counselling registration today, July 18, 2026 at @mcc.nic.in for 50 per cent All India Quota seats in government dental colleges, central university dental seats, and other participating institutions. Qualified candidates from the NEET MDS 2026 examination held on May 2 can now register, pay the counselling fee, and begin the choice filling process.
The registration fee is Rs 1,000 for General and OBC and Rs 500 for SC, ST, and PwD candidates, plus a refundable security deposit of Rs 10,000 (General/OBC) and Rs 5,000 (SC/ST/PwD). After payment, candidates must fill and lock their college and speciality preferences before the deadline. MCC allots seats based on NEET MDS rank, category, and the locked preference list.

The result was declared earlier, with the topper scoring 802 out of 960 marks. Approximately 30,435 candidates appeared for the examination.
