On Monday, January 29, 2024 in New Delhi, India – Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir Manoj Sinha emphasized the need to transform the education sector while speaking at the inauguration of the new campus of Asian School in Miran Sahib, Jammu. He stated that private educational institutions must ensure education is accessible and affordable, particularly for marginalized sections of society. Sinha praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for revitalizing the country’s education sector which had witnessed stagnation for over three decades. He said Modi has restored the ancient glory of India and instilled new confidence in society. Sinha called upon the education system to focus on developing the young generation by imparting the best knowledge to strengthen India’s march towards progress. He highlighted the importance of youth as a key resource for national growth. The Lieutenant Governor attended the event along with Sadhvi Ritambhara, founder of Vatsalyagram, Vrindavan.
