The National Board of Examinations (NBE) commenced the application process for NEET MDS 2024 on January 30th. Interested candidates can register online at nbe.edu.in until February 19th. The postgraduate dental entrance exam will be a 3-hour computer-based test, scheduled for March 18th from 9 AM to 12 PM.
The NEET MDS paper comprises Part A with 100 questions and Part B with 140 questions. Results are expected by April 18th. Applicants first need to register and create login credentials. Then fill in the application form, upload documents, pay the fees and save/print the final acknowledgement.
Revisions to the existing testing format include a single paper instead of two. The qualifying criteria also changed from 50th to 30th percentile. This year onwards, NEET MDS scores will be valid for all India 50% state quota seats. However, exceptions apply to Jammu and Kashmir, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
