Ranchi, February 27, 2024: The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has activated the application form correction facility for candidates who have applied for the Constable Competitive Exam 2024. Aspirants can rectify errors in their submitted forms conveniently through the official portal jssc.nic.in between February 26 to 28, 2024.
This window enables editing of details such as name, date of birth, email ID, etc. on the online application. The mobile number is non-editable. SC/ST aspirants modifying their reservation status to General/EWS/OBC categories need to pay the differential fee as applicable.

Feb 26 to Feb 28, 2023 (till 11:59 PM) - Editable Fields: Name, DOB, Email ID, Reserved Category
- Failure to pay the revised post-edit fee will lead to rejection
No further claims for modifications or corrections shall be considered after the stipulated deadline by JSSC. Applicants must cross-check that all information provided is accurate before concluding edits by February 28, 2024.
Typographical errors or data inconsistencies can lead to applications getting rejected. Hence candidates are advised to carefully utilize this one-time correction chance.
The commission will not entertain any grievances for wrong details submission post the defined timeline. Registration status and exam updates will be the basis details submitted in the final online application.
