Chennai, February 28, 2024: The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) is ending registrations today for Group 4 Junior Level Combined Civil Services Exam 2022 on its portal – tnpsc.gov.in. Interested eligible candidates need to apply by 11:59 PM tonight.
This recruitment aims to fill 6,244 vacancies across Village Administrative Officer, Junior Assistant, Steno, and other Group 4 posts in state government departments. The competitive exam is provisionally scheduled for June 9, 2024.

- Single paper
- Part A: Tamil language test
- Part B: General Studies + Mental Ability
- 200 questions each carrying 1 mark
A minimum 40% score is needed in Part A without which Part B will not be evaluated. Total scores from both sections determine the final merit listing. Questions shall be in Tamil/English medium combinations.
