New Delhi, January 31st, 2024 : AURO University Hosts 8th Edition of NBHC, AURO University’s School of Hospitality Management hosted the 8th edition of the National Budding Hospitality Competition (NBHC 2024) from January 23rd to 25th in Vadodara.

The event featured competitions testing skills like cooking, mixology, room design, food service, cake decoration and innovation. After 3 intense days, Delhi’s Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management emerged victorious.
Expert Emphasizes Pursuit of Excellence
Culinary expert Chef Anurag Narsingani emphasized gaining culinary knowledge, embracing technology and striving for perfection in the industry. University founder Hasmukh P Rama also shared the ethos of prioritizing
excellence above fame or rewards.
The annual NBHC platform allows India’s future hospitality leaders to showcase their capabilities across diverse domains in a high-pressure environment while receiving expert feedback.
