New Delhi, March 14, 2024: Badruka School of Management (BSM) has commenced the application process for its two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) program for the academic years 2024-26. This program offers a comprehensive curriculum covering various domains such as strategy, finance, marketing, human resource management, operations, quantitative methods, economics, data analytics, and digital technologies.

- Scholarship Opportunity: Up to 120 candidates applying before March 25 will receive scholarships based on their profiles and entrance exam scores.
BSM Programme Details
Duration: Two years, spanning six trimesters.
Teaching Model: The program follows a two-week block teaching model for each course.
Curriculum:
First Year: Consists of 18 compulsory core courses and 6 Essential Skills and Perspective courses (ESPs) for workplace readiness and multidisciplinary learning.
Second Year: Offers flexibility to choose elective courses along with specializations. Students can choose one or two specializations from the available options.
Learning Approach: Emphasises hands-on learning through real-world industry projects, corporate mentorship initiatives, and a compulsory 3-month internship.
BSM : Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates interested in the BSM PGDM program must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Completion of Class 10 and 12 from a recognized board.
- Possession of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- Valid score from national-level management entrance exams such as CAT, GMAT, XAT, CMAT, TS ICET, ATMA, or any other state-level management entrance exam.
