New Delhi, May 31, 2024: CLAT 2025 : The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) has announced December 1, 2024, as the date for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2025. The exam will take place from 2 pm to 4 pm and grant admission to five-year integrated LLB and LLM programmes at 22 NLUs across India.
The CLAT UG and CLAT PG exams will present 120 questions each, giving candidates two hours to finish the test. The UG paper will assess English language skills, current affairs, logical reasoning, legal reasoning, and quantitative techniques. The PG question paper will test knowledge of various areas of law, such as constitutional law, jurisprudence, criminal law, and international law.
The Consortium of NLUs will release further details about the syllabus, application process, and counselling soon. “We aim to ensure a transparent and efficient admission process for aspiring law students,” a spokesperson for the Consortium of NLUs said.
CLAT 2024 Witnessed Record Turnout
CLAT 2024, held on December 3, 2023, saw a record turnout, with 97.03% of registered UG candidates and 93.92% of PG aspirants taking the exam.
