New Delhi, 6 April 2024 – The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the correction window for the Common University Entrance Test for Undergraduates (CUET UG) 2024. Candidates who have already registered for the CUET UG 2024 exam can now make edits to their application forms until tomorrow.
This year, the NTA has introduced two new papers – Fashion Studies and Tourism – to the CUET UG 2024 exam. The exam will be held from May 15 and will cover 63 subjects, including 33 languages, 29 domain-specific subjects, and one general test.
Notably, the NTA has announced that candidates will be allowed to add more subjects, including the newly introduced papers, during the correction period. However, if the addition of more subjects requires an extra fee, candidates will have to pay the applicable charges.
Apart from the Aadhaar card, Digilocker ID, ABC ID, passport, and PAN card, the NTA has also allowed candidates to log in using their school ID or any government-issued ID card with a photograph.
Another significant change introduced by the NTA is the plan to conduct the CUET UG 2024 exam in a hybrid mode, both online and offline. The final exam schedule and mode will be notified after considering the number of registrations and the options chosen by the candidates.
The CUET UG 2024 exam city intimation slip will be issued on April 30, and the admit cards will be released by the second week of May.
Candidates are advised to visit the official NTA website, exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG/, to access the correction window and make any necessary changes to their application form within the stipulated time frame. They should also regularly check the NTA’s official channels for the latest updates on the CUET UG 2024 exam.
