New Delhi, March 27, 2024: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has reopened the application correction window for the CA May 2024 Intermediate and Final exams. Candidates can make changes to their registration forms, including exam city preference, group, and medium, starting from March 27 through the official website, icai.org. The correction window will remain open until March 29, allowing candidates to modify their details up to 11.59 pm.
This decision comes after the postponement of exam dates for both the CA Inter and CA Final exams 2024 due to a scheduling conflict with the Lok Sabha general elections 2024.
Revised CA exam dates for May 2024
- CA Final Group 1 exams: May 2, 4, 8
- CA Final Group 2 exams: May 10, 14, 16
- CA Inter exams for both groups: May 3-17
- International Taxation – Assessment Test (INTT – AT): May 14, 16
Additionally, the CA Foundation exam dates remain unchanged, scheduled for June 20, 22, 24, and 26.
Candidates who wish to answer questions in Hindi must exercise their option during the correction window if they fail to do so during the registration period. It’s crucial to note that once the option is exercised, it cannot be changed subsequently. In the absence of a clear indication by the candidate about the medium opted English medium will be considered the default.
The exams will be conducted across various cities, including Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi/New Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, and others.
