The Joint Admission Committee (JAC) Delhi has confirmed that the registration and choice filling window for JAC Delhi Counselling 2026 closes on June 9, 2026 at 11:30 PM at the official portal @jacdelhi.admissions.nic.in. Eligible candidates holding a valid JEE Main 2026 rank must complete registration and submit programme and college preferences before this deadline to be considered for seat allotment to Delhi’s top five government-funded engineering institutions.
JAC Delhi is the centralised admission authority for BTech and BArch admissions across five premier Delhi institutions and is one of the most competitive engineering counselling processes in India outside of JoSAA.

Eligibility Criteria
- Valid JEE Main 2026 rank is mandatory
- 85 percent of seats are reserved for Delhi Region candidates who completed Class 12 from a school with a Pin Code within NCT of Delhi
- 15 percent Outside Delhi seats are open to candidates from other states
- For IIIT-Delhi, additional bonus points may be awarded for Olympiad achievements, national-level sports, and NTSE scholarship holders

- Fill personal details, academic details, and category information

- Pay the Rs 1,500 registration fee online
- Submit and lock your choices before June 9 at 11:30 PM
There is no second chance to add or edit choices after June 9 except during the correction window from June 26 to June 28. Students who miss the June 9 deadline will not be eligible for any of the four regular counselling rounds.
