The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee declared the JEE Advanced 2026 result on June 1, 2026, on the official website jeeadv.ac.in. The results are now live and lakhs of engineering aspirants across India can log in with their credentials to download their scorecards. A total of 1,79,694 candidates appeared in both Paper 1 and Paper 2 of JEE Advanced 2026, which was conducted on May 17, 2026. Out of these, 56,880 candidates have successfully qualified, including 10,107 female candidates.
The IIT Delhi zone dominated the topper rankings this year. Shubham Kumar secured AIR 1 with an impressive score of 330 out of 360 marks. He is followed by Kabeer Chhillar at AIR 2 with 329 marks and Jatin Chahar at AIR 3 with 319 marks — all three from the IIT Delhi zone.

JEE Advanced 2026 and Class 12 OSM Controversy: CBSE’s ongoing OSM portal controversy has raised concerns among some students about Class 12 eligibility for JoSAA counselling. IIT Roorkee has clarified that students whose Class 12 results are under review due to the CBSE OSM issue will be accommodated as per norms.
