At the ReCode Kerala 2025 IT Seminar, Vijayan unveiled plans to capture 10% of India's IT market share and increase Global Capability Centres to 120. The state will expand IT infrastructure to 3 crore sq ft, develop data centres, and promote private investment through land-pooling. Kerala also plans to train 10 lakh skilled youth and set up new technology missions. The CM highlighted the growth of startups from 300 in 2016 to 6,400 today, with investments worth ₹6,000 crore.
