Pune, February 27, 2024: The Maharashtra Agricultural Universities Examination Board has extended the registration deadline for the Postgraduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) 2024 to February 29th, 2024. Consequently, the last date for payment of application fees also stands extended to March 1.
Eligible candidates can submit their applications on the official portal mcaer.org to seek PG admissions in state agricultural universities for 2024-25. Applicants must hold a completed bachelor’s degree in agriculture or allied disciplines with minimum qualifying marks.

- Application Last Date: February 29
- Fee Payment: By March 1
- Admit Card: March 20
- Exam Dates: March 30 to April 1

Post submissions, MCAER will display the provisional eligible list on March 11th after screening all applications. Applicants can submit grievances between March 4-7 in case of any discrepancies.
The computer-based test comprises 100 objective questions from the agricultural disciplines and specializations candidates have opted for in their application form. On clearing the exam, shortlisted aspirants will be eligible for counseling processes for admissions.
All interested candidates are advised to timely complete their PGCET 2024 application formalities on mcaer.org before the extended deadline. The admit card for registered applicants will be issued on March 20.
