The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the one-time correction facility for registered candidates to edit their NEET UG 2026 application forms. The correction window is available from today, March 12, 2026, till March 14, 2026, on the official website at neet.nta.nic.in.

- Candidates can edit select fields in the application form like category, exam city, attempts, etc.
- Additional fee payment required if any changes result in increased application fee
- NEET UG 2026 exam to be held on May 3, 2026, in pen-and-paper mode
NEET UG 2026 Application Correction Dates Candidates can access the correction window and edit their application forms during the following period: Correction Window Opens Correction Window Closes March 12, 2026 (12:00 PM) March 14, 2026 (11:50 PM) The correction link will be disabled after 11:50 PM on March 14, 2026. No further changes will be entertained beyond the specified dates.
Fields Open for Correction in NEET UG 2026 Application
As per the NTA notification, candidates can modify the following details in their NEET application forms:

Identity details can also be updated if the candidate registered using any ID proof other than Aadhaar card.
NEET UG 2026 Correction Process: Fee and Rules After making corrections in their application forms, candidates must pay any additional fee resulting from the changes. The extra fee is non-refundable. Other important points to note:
- The correction window is a one-time facility
- No further changes allowed after submitting corrected form
- Carefully verify all details before final submission
“The correction facility is provided to help candidates rectify any inadvertent errors in their application forms. However, aspirants must fill the form carefully and review it thoroughly before making the final submission,” said a senior NTA official.
NEET UG 2026 Exam Overview NEET UG 2026, the medical entrance examination for admission to MBBS/BDS/AYUSH and other undergraduate medical courses, will be conducted on May 3, 2026. The exam will be held in offline mode from 2 PM to 5 PM at designated centres across India and abroad.
