UP LT Grade Result 2026: Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has now declared the UP LT Grade Result 2026 for the preliminary examination which is held for the recruitment of LT grade teachers in government schools. The result has been released today and now it is available on the official website for UPPSC.
The examination was conducted to fill the post of Assistant Teachers which is also known as Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) or LT Grade Teachers. The preliminary examination was held on December 6, 2025, mainly for the Mathematics and Hindi subjects. There are thousands of candidates who appeared for the exam to secure a government teaching position.
LT Grade Teacher exam is one of the largest recruitment drives by UPPSC to fill the thousands of assistant teacher positions in the state. This vacancy notification was issued for approximately 7,466 positions including those in Mathematics, Hindi, Science, Social Science, and other subjects.
A total of 1,29,511 candidates registered, of whom 82,007 appeared for the exam. A total of 8,162 candidates have cleared for the main examination.
These jobs are important for many aspiring teachers because they provide a stable government teaching position in secondary schools.

- 2. Go to the “Result” or “What’s New” section.
- Open the UP LT Grade Result 2026 link.
- Enter your application number/registration number or other login details.
- Click on “Submit” or “View Result” .
Subjects and Selection Details
The result covers two major subjects one is Mathematics and the other one is Hindi. According to official reports, 2260 candidates have passed the preliminary exam and they are now eligible to appear for the Main examination.
