The Himachal Pradesh Technical University has released the HPCET 2026 final answer key on its official website, himtu.ac.in. The entrance examination was conducted on May 9 and 10, 2026, for admissions to B.Tech, B.Pharmacy, MCA, MBA, and M.Sc. Physics programmes.
The final answer key was prepared after reviewing objections raised by candidates against the provisional version. Students were permitted to challenge the provisional keys until May 20, 2026.
The university confirmed that every objection submitted was examined carefully by subject experts before the final answer key was prepared. HPTU has clarified that the final answer key is binding and no further objections or appeals will be entertained.
The Controller of Examinations stated that all disputed questions were reviewed thoroughly to ensure accuracy in the final evaluation. The university confirmed that HPCET 2026 results will be prepared solely on the basis of this final answer key.
