The NEET PG 2026 Registration process has officially begun, with the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences activating the application link on its official website, natboard.edu.in, from 5 PM on July 1. MBBS graduates seeking admission to MD, MS, PG Diploma, and other postgraduate medical courses can now apply online, with the application window remaining open until July 21 at 11:55 PM.

Application Fee and Required Documents
As part of the NBEMS application fee structure, candidates need to pay according to their category:
- General, OBC, and EWS candidates: ₹3,500
- SC, ST, and PwD candidates: ₹2,500
- Payment is accepted only via credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI — no offline mode is available, and the fee is strictly non-refundable
Documents required include a recent passport-size photograph on a plain white background, scanned signature and left thumb impression, and the MBBS degree or provisional certificate along with the internship completion certificate.
Important Changes Candidates Should Note
This year’s NEET PG 2026 Registration comes with a notable shift in exam city allocation: instead of choosing specific test cities, candidates must now select three preferred test states, with the first choice tied to their state of residence. NBEMS has clarified that allotment will not follow a first-come, first-served basis, meaning early applicants gain no particular advantage — a change from previous years. The board has also introduced stricter Aadhaar-based verification and photo-upload guidelines this cycle. Candidates are strongly advised to read the information bulletin thoroughly before applying and to avoid waiting until the final days of the window to submit their forms.
