The Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani has commenced the online registration process for BITSAT 2026. Aspiring candidates can now submit their application forms for Session 1 or both sessions through the official website at admissions.bits-pilani.ac.in. The last date to apply is March 16, 2026 till 5:00 pm.

Candidates must strictly adhere to the prescribed timeline to avoid any last-minute inconvenience.
Eligibility Criteria Revised for BITSAT 2026 BITS Pilani has introduced changes in the eligibility norms for this year’s examination. As per the revised criteria:
- Applicants must have passed Class 12 in 2025 or be appearing in 2026.
- Students who retake Class 12 for all subjects are not eligible.
- No upper age limit has been specified.
- For B.E. & M.Sc. courses, minimum 75% aggregate in PCM with 60% in each subject.
- For B.Pharm & B.E. Environmental, 75% aggregate in PCB/PCM with 60% in each subject.
- Both theory and practical marks are considered for percentage calculation.
Application Fee Hiked by ₹100 The BITSAT 2026 registration fee has been increased across all categories:
- Male (One Session): ₹3,600 | (Both Sessions): ₹5,600
- Female/Transgender (One Session): ₹3,100 | (Both Sessions): ₹4,600
- Dubai Centre (One Session): ₹7,250 | (Both Sessions): ₹9,250
The fee can be paid online using credit card, debit card or net banking.
One-Time Correction Window for Each Session BITS will provide a one-time correction facility for each exam session separately. For Session 1, the application edit window will remain open from March 18 to March 20, 2026. During this period, candidates can make changes to the permitted fields in their submitted form. Not all fields will be editable.
Aspirants are advised to retain their registration number and password for future reference, as these credentials will be required to check the application status, download the admit card, and participate in the counselling process post result declaration.
