IIT Delhi Semiconductors AI Executive Programme: The Continuing Education Programme (CEP) of IIT Delhi has launched the second batch of its Executive Programme in Semiconductors, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Deep-Tech Entrepreneurship. The programme is designed to give participants a strong understanding of semiconductor and photonic devices for AI and HPC, along with insights into commercialization, intellectual property strategy, funding, and startup scaling.

According to the official IIT Delhi website, the programme will be conducted entirely in online mode and is scheduled to run for six months, beginning January 9, 2027, and concluding on June 12, 2027.

Programme Faculty

The programme will be coordinated by Deepak Jain, Associate Professor at the Optics & Photonics Center, IIT Delhi, and a deep-tech entrepreneur himself. He will be joined by:

• Prof. A. Aadhi, Assistant Professor at the Optics and Photonics Centre, IIT Delhi
• Professor Mihai Sanduleanu, Associate Professor at Khalifa University of Science and Technology

The course will also include industry interactions, case studies, and a two-day campus immersion, giving participants a chance to interact directly with faculty and fellow candidates in person.

Programme Fee

The total cost of the programme is Rs 1,50,000, excluding 18% GST. Candidates who find this a significant upfront cost have the option to pay the fees in installments, making the programme more financially accessible for working professionals.

Certification Details

Participants will receive certificates based on their attendance and performance:

• Participation certificate: For candidates with at least 40% attendance
• Successful completion certificate: For candidates with at least 40% attendance and a minimum of 50% marks

All certificates will be issued digitally by CEP, IIT Delhi.
