February 20, 2024: The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) has initiated registrations for the ‘Young Scientist Programme’ (YUVICA), inviting applications until March 20, 2024. Eligible students, currently in Class 9, can apply via the official website jigyasa.iirs.gov.in/registration.
ISRO’s Yuvika Program aims to familiarize young minds with space science advancements. The program offers a unique opportunity for students to explore emerging trends in the field. “Young Scientist Programme (Young Scientist Programme) – 2024 is now open for enrollment. Students of Class 9 (as on January 1, 2024) studying in India are eligible to apply. Registration starts from February 20,” ISRO stated.
This initiative underscores ISRO’s commitment to nurturing scientific curiosity and fostering a passion for space exploration among India’s youth.
