Candidates can check their allotment status, download the Allotment Memo and Data Sheet, and complete the fee payment through the official website, cee.kerala.gov.in.
Round 2 Engineering Allotment: Key Details
The provisional round 2 allotment was declared on 17 July 2026, following the second phase of counselling held from 13 to 16 July 2026, and the final allotment result was released on 19 July 2026. Candidates can log in to the KEAM candidate portal using their application number and password to view their KEAM 2026 Round 2 Seat Allotment category of admission, and applicable fee details. The Allotment Memo and Data Sheet, both required at the time of admission, are also available for download from the same login.

- Visit the official website, cee.kerala.gov.in.
- Click on the KEAM 2026 Candidate Portal link.
- Log in using the application number and password.
- View the Round 2 engineering seat allotment result.
- Download and print the Allotment Memo and Data Sheet for future reference.
Fee Payment and Reporting Schedule
Candidates receiving a fresh engineering allotment must pay the fee mentioned in the Allotment Memo through the CEE portal’s online payment facility between 20 and 24 July 2026 (up to 3 PM). Those allotted an Architecture seat are required to pay within the same window. Candidates whose round 2 allotment is an upgrade over their earlier allotment must clear the balance fee, wherever applicable. In addition to the amount payable to CEE, candidates will also need to pay the fee applicable at the allotted college at the time of admission.
CEE has cautioned that candidates who fail to pay the required fee or do not report to their allotted college within the deadline will lose the allotted seat.
