The MAH MBA CET CAP registration process is currently underway, giving over 1.4 lakh MBA and MMS aspirants their next step toward admission at Maharashtra’s top B-schools. The State Common Entrance Test Cell released the official CAP 2026-27 Admission Notice No. 1 on 2 July 2026, and candidates can now complete their MAH MBA CET CAP 2026 registration at cetcell.mahacet.org through 12 July 2026 (up to 5:00 PM).
The Centralised Admission Process (CAP) is the state’s official counselling route for MBA/MMS admission across 300+ participating institutes, including JBIMS, SIMSREE, PUMBA and Welingkar. Both Maharashtra State and All India category candidates, along with those holding CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, ATMA or GMAT scores, are eligible to take part.

What Comes After Registration
Once the MAH MBA CET CAP registration window wraps up on 12 July, the CET Cell will move to merit list publication and option form (choice filling) for Round 1. Candidates who don’t secure their preferred seat in Round 1 will have further opportunities in CAP Round 2 and Round 3, which typically follow through August 2026. This structured, multi-round design has consistently helped Maharashtra’s MBA aspirants secure seats aligned with their percentile and college preferences over the years.
