The All India Management Association (AIMA) conducted the MAT May 2026 Paper Based Test (PBT) on May 31, 2026, and the Computer Based Test (CBT) is scheduled for June 14, 2026. Registrations for the CBT mode are still open with a last date of June 8, 2026 at the official portal @mat.aima.in. MBA aspirants who wish to use MAT scores for admission to over 600 B-Schools across India, including BIMTECH, JAGSoM Bangalore, Jaipuria Noida, IPE Hyderabad, SIES Mumbai, IBA Bangalore, Rajagiri Kochi, and NISM Mumbai, must complete registration before the deadline.
The Management Aptitude Test is one of India’s most widely accepted management entrance examinations, conducted four times annually by AIMA and recognised by the Government of India since 2003. MAT scores remain valid for admission for a period of one year after the result.

How to Register for MAT CBT June 2026
- Visit @mat.aima.in
- Click on Register and pay the fee online using debit card, credit card, or net banking
- After payment, a Personal Identification Number (PID) will be sent by SMS and email
- Use the PID to fill the registration form and receive login credentials
- Download the admit card from June 11 onwards
What Happens After MAT Result: AIMA directly sends MAT scores to up to five B-Schools selected by the candidate in the registration form. These institutes shortlist candidates for GD, WAT, and PI rounds based on their internal MAT cutoff. Candidates can also apply separately to additional MAT-accepting colleges after the result is declared.
