New Delhi, March 20, 2024: The Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) has officially announced the examination date for the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) recruitment examination 2024. Through this recruitment drive, various group B and C posts across different departments will be filled. Here are the key details:
Application Period: Online applications will be accepted from April 5 onwards, with the last date to apply being May 2.
Exam Schedule: The OSSC CGL 2024 exams are tentatively scheduled to be held between July and September.

OSSC CGL Recruitment 2024: Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Proficiency in computer skills including internet usage, e-mail, word processing, data analysis, and presentation software is required.
- Age limit: Applicants should be between 21 and 38 years old as of January 1, 2024.
OSSC CGL Recruitment 2024: Selection Process
- The selection process includes Prelims, a Main exam, a computer skill test, and certificate verification.
- Preliminary exam: Conducted in computer-based mode and carries 150 marks.
- Main examination: Carries 200 marks.
- Shortlisting: Candidates numbering a minimum of five times the vacancies category-wise will be shortlisted for the Main written examination based on their marks secured in the Preliminary examination.
