RBI Bank Assistant Vacancy 2026: Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has officially announced the RBI Assistant Recruitment 2026,for candidates who are preparing for government bank jobs. As per the notification, a total of 650 Assistant posts have been released under Panel Year 2025. The notification was issued on February 16, 2026, and it highlights all the important details related to eligibility, application process, exam pattern, and schedule.

According to the official announcement, the online application process for RBI Bank Assistant Vacancy 2026 started on February 16,2026. Step.7 Pay the application fee using the given online payment mode. 

Step.8 Download the copy of the submitted application and fee receipt. 

The Preliminary Exam of RBI Bank Assistant Vacancy 2026 usually tests the knowledge of candidates on subjects like  English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability. Those who clear this stage are eligible to move to the Main Exam, which covers additional subjects like General Awareness and Computer Knowledge along with advanced reasoning and numerical sections. After qualifying in the Main exam, candidates will also have to clear a Language Proficiency Test (LPT). This test ensures that selected candidates can effectively communicate in the local language of their assigned RBI office.
