Nearly 22.79 lakh medical aspirants are checking the portal repeatedly throughout the day as the countdown begins towards the re-exam scheduled for June 21, 2026 in a single shift from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM in offline pen and paper mode across centres in India and abroad.
The city intimation slip is a pre-admit card document that tells candidates their allotted exam city so they can plan travel and accommodation. It is not the admit card and cannot be used for entry into the exam hall. The actual admit card will be released separately by June 14, 2026.

Security Measures for June 21
The Central Government is in the final stages of approving the use of Indian Air Force aircraft to transport question papers from printing presses to exam centres nationwide on June 21, treating exam papers as high-security national assets. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is personally overseeing the security arrangements for this re-examination.
Students must carry both the city slip and the subsequently released admit card on exam day, along with a valid government-issued photo ID. No candidate will be permitted inside the examination hall without proper documentation and successful biometric verification.
