The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has set today, June 5, 2026, as the final day to submit the RIE CEE 2026 application form at the official portal @cee.ncert.gov.in. The RIE Common Entrance Examination is the gateway for admission to five prestigious Regional Institutes of Education (RIEs) located in Ajmer (Rajasthan), Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh), Bhubaneswar (Odisha), Mysuru (Karnataka), and Shillong (Meghalaya). These are premier teacher-education institutions functioning directly under the Ministry of Education, Government of India.
The RIE CEE 2026 exam is scheduled for June 28, 2026 in offline pen-and-paper mode. The admit card will be released on June 20, 2026 at the NCERT portal.

Eligibility at a Glance
- Group A (BSc BEd, BA BEd): Class 12 pass with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwD)
- Group B (BEd): Graduation with 50% marks
