The Re-NEET 2026 OMR sheet is expected to be released shortly on the official website, neet.nta.nic.in, even as the National Testing Agency’s fee refund deadline closes today, 7 July 2026, at 11:50 PM. Candidates who appeared for the NEET UG re-examination, held on 21 June 2026, must confirm or update their bank account details before this deadline to avoid losing their examination fee refund. As per NTA data, over 8.29 lakh candidates have already corrected or confirmed their bank details, though a significant number of eligible students are yet to complete the process.
Fee Refund: What Candidates Must Do Today
The refund window applies to all candidates affected by the cancellation of the original NEET (UG) 2026 exam held on 3 May 2026. To avoid missing out on the refund tied to the Re-NEET 2026 OMR sheet and results process, candidates should:

- Visit the official website — neet.nta.nic.in
- Click on the link for “Final Opportunity to Confirm/Update Bank Account Details for NEET (UG) 2026 Fee Refund”
- Log in using application credentials
- Carefully review and correct bank account details
- Submit and download the confirmation page for future reference
NTA has clarified that once details are submitted, the information will be treated as final — no further corrections will be accepted after tonight’s deadline.
OMR Sheet and Final Answer Key Timeline
Alongside the refund deadline, candidates are also awaiting the release of the Re-NEET 2026 OMR sheet, expected to go live within the second week of July 2026. Once activated, candidates will get a strict 72-hour window to download their scanned response sheet and raise a challenge, at a fee of ₹200 per question, if they notice discrepancies. The final answer key — prepared after reviewing over 10,000 objections raised during the provisional key challenge window (June 25–28) — is expected to be released either alongside or just ahead of the result.
Result Expected by Mid-to-Late July
Based on NTA’s current timeline, the Re-NEET 2026 result is widely expected to be declared around 20 July 2026, though the agency has not issued an official confirmation yet. Once declared, candidates will be able to check their scorecards using their application number and password on the official portal. Following the result, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is expected to open All India Quota counselling, with state-level counselling to follow separately through respective state authorities. Candidates are advised to keep checking neet.nta.nic.in regularly for the latest updates on the OMR sheet, final answer key, and result declaration.
