TS LAWCET Phase 2: The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) opened Phase 2 registration for TS LAWCET Counselling 2026 on August 19, and the window for TS LAWCET Phase 2 closes today, August 22, 2026. This round is for candidates who could not secure a seat in Phase 1, or who wish to try for a better allotment through revised web options. Registration is done online at lawcetadm.tgche.ac.in, the same portal used for Phase 1, and candidates who registered earlier can log in with their existing credentials.
Candidates who complete registration today will have their eligibility status shared on August 23, when TGCHE displays the verified list of eligible candidates for Phase 2. Corrections, if any, can also be flagged around this stage before web options open.
Documents Required for Registration
Before starting the TS LAWCET Phase 2 registration process, candidates should keep scanned copies of the following documents ready:
- TS LAWCET 2026 rank card and admit card
- Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and pass certificates
- Transfer certificate and migration certificate
- Community or caste certificate, where applicable
- Income certificate, where applicable
- Aadhaar card and local/non-local residence proof
Candidates who did not complete document verification during Phase 1 must get this done at a designated Help Line Centre before the Phase 2 deadline. Without verification, no allotment can be issued.
Steps to Complete TS LAWCET Phase 2 Registration
- Visit lawcetadm.tgche.ac.in and locate the TS LAWCET Phase 2 counselling registration link.
- Log in using the TS LAWCET 2026 hall ticket number and date of birth, or the password created during Phase 1.
- Fill in the registration form and pay the counselling processing fee.
- Upload scanned copies of all required certificates.
- Submit the form before the window closes tonight and save the confirmation for reference.
What Happens After Registration Closes
Once registration ends, TGCHE will publish the verified list of eligible candidates on August 23, 2026. Eligible candidates can then exercise web options from August 23 to August 25, choosing colleges and courses in order of preference. An edit window for web options is expected on August 26, followed by the list of provisionally selected candidates on August 29. Candidates who receive a Phase 2 seat will need to report to their allotted college between August 31 and September 5, 2026, carrying original documents for final verification.
Candidates who miss today’s deadline should keep an eye on the official portal, since a spot round is typically conducted after Phase 2 for any seats that remain vacant. Regularly checking lawcetadm.tgche.ac.in over the coming weeks will help candidates stay updated on further TS LAWCET counselling opportunities.
