The MHT CET Merit List 2026 has been released by the State CET Cell, Maharashtra, on 22 July 2026 for candidates who registered for the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) 2026-27. The list covers admissions to BE/BTech, Integrated Engineering, and Pharmacy courses across the state. Only those candidates who completed CAP registration and document verification have been included in this provisional list, which carries details such as application number, category, percentile, and overall merit rank.
MHT CET Merit List 2026: What It Contains
The MHT CET Merit List 2026 shows each candidate’s overall merit rank as well as category-wise rank, based on their MHT CET percentile, domicile status, and reservation category. Candidates with equal percentile scores are ranked using tie-breaking rules, which consider higher PCM or PCB marks first, followed by age. Since this is a provisional list, it remains open to corrections before the final version is published. Candidates are advised to note both their overall rank and category rank carefully, as these figures will later be required at the time of CAP counselling during option entry and choice filling.

How to Check the MHT CET Merit List 2026 Online
Candidates can follow these steps to view their rank:

- Locate the link for the CAP 2026-27 provisional merit list on the homepage.
- Select the relevant course category — Engineering (PCM) or Pharmacy (PCB/PCM).
- Log in using the application number and date of birth, where required.
- Download the rank list and verify name, category, and percentile details carefully.
Objection Window and Final List Timeline
Candidates who spot any discrepancy in their entry can raise objections between 23 July and 25 July 2026 through the online grievance window. This step is important, as errors left unresolved at this stage will carry forward. The State CET Cell will review all submitted grievances before publishing the final merit list on 27 July 2026, which will then be used for seat allotment in the CAP counselling rounds.
