The Bar Council of India (BCI) is expected to release the provisional answer key for AIBE 21 (All India Bar Examination XXI) 2026 shortly at its official website @allindiabarexamination.com following the successful conclusion of the examination on June 7, 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The official answer key date has not been formally announced yet, but based on BCI’s previous session timelines, the provisional key is expected within the second week of June 2026. Meanwhile, unofficial memory-based answer keys for Set A, B, C, and D are already available on education platforms.
The AIBE 21 exam is the national-level bar certification examination that all advocates who enrolled with a State Bar Council on or after June 2010 must qualify to obtain a Certificate of Practice (CoP) — without which practicing before any Indian court is prohibited.
