Students received 450+ job offers from 163 organisations, including 78 new recruiters joining the campus drive this year. For the top 20% of placed students, the average CTC stood at INR 22.5 lakh, while the median CTC for the same group was INR 22 lakh. This marks a notable jump from last year’s cycle, when the highest offer had been INR 35 lakh.
Around 80% of the placed cohort joined six key sectors, with consulting, technology, BFSI, and data and research and analytics among the strongest performers. EdTech and education accounted for 7% of placements, with the average CTC in the sector rising 25% to INR 11.9 lakh.
Higher Education and Scholarship Outcomes
Beyond campus placements, the graduating batch also recorded strong results in higher education admissions. More than 135 students secured over 400 offers from leading global universities, including 24 offers from Oxford and Cambridge (Oxbridge) and 24 from Ivy League institutions — both figures nearly doubling compared with the previous year’s 15 and 13, respectively.
Students also received partial scholarships ranging from 10% to 80% for master’s programmes at institutions such as Yale, Columbia, the University of Pennsylvania, Brown, Sciences Po, the London School of Economics and the National University of Singapore. The batch collectively secured 19 top international scholarships in a single year, including the Rhodes, Gates Cambridge, Fulbright-Nehru, Chevening and Erasmus Mundus.
PhD and Research Admissions
The Class of 2025-26 also recorded strong outcomes in doctoral admissions, with students securing 16 PhD offers, of which 12 came with full funding. Ashoka University said the results reflect its continued focus on interdisciplinary education and its expanding network of recruiters and academic partners across sectors.
University officials noted that the growth in offers this year came alongside a broader recruiter base, with new organisations joining the placement drive across consulting, technology and financial services. The university added that it remains focused on preparing students for diverse career paths, whether in industry, research, entrepreneurship or further academic study.
Taken together, the Ashoka University Placements 2026 figures mark one of the strongest cycles the university has reported to date, with gains recorded across domestic salaries, global university admissions and scholarship outcomes. Students from earlier batches will be watching closely to see whether this momentum carries into the next placement season, as the university continues to expand its recruiter network and academic partnerships year on year.
