New Delhi, 8 April 2024: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has opened the application correction window for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2024 today, 8 April. Candidates who have successfully registered for the exam can now make changes to their CTET 2024 application form through the official website, ctet.nic.in.
Correction Window Deadline
The CTET 2024 application correction facility will be available until 12 April 2024. Candidates are advised to log in to the portal using their registration number and date of birth to access the editable fields.
CTET 2024 Exam Details
The CTET 2024 exam is scheduled to be conducted on 7 July in offline mode for 2 hours and 30 minutes. The exam will be held for two papers – Paper 1 for teachers of classes 1 to 5 and Paper 2 for teachers of classes 6 to 8.
Editable Fields
During the application correction window, candidates can make changes to various details in their CTET 2024 application form, including their name, father’s name, mother’s name, gender, nationality, employment status, date of birth, category, address, mobile number, paper opted, subject for Paper 2, educational qualifications, exam centre preferences, languages opted, and the name of the institution.
No Correction Fees
It is important to note that no fee is charged for making corrections in the CTET 2024 application form. Candidates only need to pay the CTET application fee during the initial submission process, and this fee is non-refundable.
