Students interested in pursuing advanced studies at one of India’s top engineering institutions can register online at ecampus.iitd.ac.in. The application process is entirely digital, and no offline forms will be accepted. Admission decisions will be based on entrance scores, academic record, and departmental interviews where applicable.

Eligibility Criteria
- MTech/MS: BTech or equivalent with minimum 60% (55% for SC/ST/PwD) + valid GATE score

- MSc/MA: Bachelor’s degree with 55% (50% SC/ST/PwD) + valid JAM/NET score
- CFTI graduates with CGPA 8.0+ are exempt from GATE
- Application Fee: Rs 200 (General/OBC/EWS), Rs 50 (SC/ST/PwD)
