The National Testing Agency has set today, July 7, 2026, as the final day for NEET UG candidates to confirm or correct their bank account details for the examination fee refund. The portal at the official NEET website closes at 11:50 pm tonight.
NTA had reopened the correction facility in late June after many candidates reported that their refunds were stuck due to incorrect account numbers or IFSC codes submitted earlier. As of this week, close to 8.3 lakh candidates had already updated their details. Refunds are expected to be credited within seven working days once the window closes, but the agency has clarified that no corrections will be accepted after tonight.

The refund process follows the cancellation of the original NEET UG 2026 exam held on May 3 after paper leak allegations, which led to a re-examination on June 21.
Quick Update: NEET UG fee refund correction window closes tonight at 11:50 pm. Refund credited within 7 working days after.
