Why This Matters?
With the final Round 3 allotment scheduled just two days after the provisional list, candidates have a narrow window to review their allotted seat, raise any discrepancies, or decide whether to withdraw from the process. Given that queries and withdrawal both close on October 7, candidates allotted seats they do not wish to accept need to act promptly, since missing this deadline could mean being bound to the provisionally allotted seat once the final allotment is confirmed on October 8.
