The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) has officially declared the REET Mains Result 2026 for Level 1 (Primary School Teacher, Classes 1 to 5), bringing the long wait to an end for thousands of teaching aspirants across the state. The result, which was first released for certain subjects on May 27, 2026, has been progressively updated, with Level 2 results for English, Hindi, and Social Studies following on June 4, 2026, and the latest Level 1 subject-wise merit lists now fully accessible on the official RSSB portal at rssb.rajasthan.gov.in. The REET Mains Result 2026 has been released in PDF format, containing roll numbers of all shortlisted candidates along with category-wise cutoff marks for both TSP (Tribal Sub Plan) and Non-TSP areas.

About the REET Mains 2026 Recruitment

The Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET) Mains 2026 — officially titled the Rajasthan 3rd Grade Teacher Recruitment Examination — is a state-level competitive examination conducted by the RSSB to recruit teachers for government schools under the Elementary Education and Sanskrit Education Departments of Rajasthan. The written examination was held from January 17 to 21, 2026, in offline mode across multiple examination centres in the state. The recruitment drive covers a total of 7,759 vacancies across Level 1 and Level 2 — a figure that includes an additional 2,000 posts added by the board during the course of the recruitment cycle.

A total of 9.22 lakh candidates applied, out of which approximately 8.9 lakh candidates appeared for the examination — making this one of the most competitive teacher recruitment drives in Rajasthan’s recent history.

REET Mains Result 2026: Level-Wise Details

The REET Mains Result 2026 has been released separately for Level 1 and Level 2, with results further divided subject-wise across disciplines:

  • Level 1 (Primary Teacher, Classes 1–5): Subjects including Hindi, English, Social Studies, Sanskrit, and others
  • Level 2 (Upper Primary Teacher, Classes 6–8): Subjects including Mathematics-Science, Hindi, English, and Social Studies — with additional subjects to follow

Results have been released for both TSP (Tribal Sub Plan) and Non-TSP operational zones, reflecting Rajasthan’s dedicated reservation and educational provisions for tribal regions.

REET Mains Cut Off 2026: Category-Wise Marks

The RSSB has released the official REET Mains Result 2026 cutoff marks alongside the merit lists. The cut-offs vary by subject, level, category, and operational zone. Some key General category cut-offs released so far include:

  • Sanskrit Education Department (General Category): 210.6713 marks
  • Science / Mathematics (Level 2, General Category): 216.1690 marks
  • Level 2 General Category: 216.1690 marks

Reserved categories — OBC, SC, ST, and EWS — have lower cut-off thresholds as per RSSB reservation norms. Candidates can download the full subject-wise and category-wise cut-off PDF directly from the official portal.

Pre-Document Verification (Pre DV) Process: Act Before June 15

A crucial and time-sensitive requirement for all shortlisted candidates is the Pre-Document Verification (Pre DV) process, which involves submitting the Detailed Application Form cum Scrutiny Form online. The scrutiny form submission window is open from June 1 to June 15, 2026, on the RSSB official portal. Candidates must not miss this deadline.

A unique provision in this recruitment cycle allows candidates who are within 2 marks of the official cut-off to also participate and submit the scrutiny form — offering an additional safety net for borderline candidates.

Important: Online submission is the only accepted mode. Incorrect information provided in the scrutiny form may lead to outright cancellation of candidature. Submitting the form is a mandatory step but does not guarantee final selection — the Document Verification (DV) round remains the decisive stage.
