The notification for UGC NET June 2026 was released on April 29, 2026 and has been accepting applications since then. The exam covers 85 subjects and will be conducted in Computer-Based Test mode from June 22 to June 30, 2026. Two new subjects, Forestry and Statistics, have been added in this session. The application fee is Rs 1,150 for General category candidates, Rs 600 for OBC and EWS candidates, and Rs 325 for SC, ST, PwD, and Third Gender applicants. A correction window will remain open from May 22 to May 24, 2026. The city intimation slip will be released by June 10 and the admit card by June 15, 2026.
